REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item purchased is defective or you received the wrong item. Please ensure that you have the correct item/sizing in your cart prior to placing your order.
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact me at nick@catbellystudios.com with your order number and detailed pictures of the defects or incorrect item received. If approved, refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the return shipping cost, exchanges are available if stock allows.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If an order is received damaged and/or opened, take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside the package.
Please submit a claim to the courier that delivered your order as soon as possible.
SHIPPING INFO
Catbelly products are available to ship worldwide via USPS or UPS, we are a one-man studio, so please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. Some items may be shipped separately depending on product type/size. Tracking numbers are sent to the purchasers email after orders have been processed and items are prepared to ship.
Any additional duties/fees are to be covered by the customer.
